NEOS is a resource and liaison to the whole sporting industry/community. We coordinate and provide any solution in regard to all sporting events. This entails assigning/providing certified officials, trained scorekeepers, trained site directors, and all sport-specific/event-specific staffing. This includes but is not limited to Medical trainers, Security, Caterers, Videography/ Photography, Guest Speakers, Coaches, and all aspects of sports camps and clinics.

Little to No Experience Needed!

We coordinate and provide training platforms at all levels.

• Training for those with zero experience
• Continued enrichment platforms for those with minimum experience to tenured individuals

 We provide mentorship platforms and coordinate relationships with reputable individuals/organizations to facilitate journeys. We have a mentorship program that supports individuals at all levels of the sports operating industry.
